SANCTION - QUEENSLAND STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Team,
Please find attached the Sanction for the State Championships, also included is the official nomination form to be completed by ALL
Skaters wishing to take part in the Championships. Club Secretaries are responsible for collating the Nomination Forms and forwarding them to Mrs Val Cramp
'Chair of Officials.
I draw your attention to the following key points in the Sanction;
- Nominations will close 5pm 8 September 2008
- After Monday 22 September 2008 - THERE WILL BE NO NOMINATIONS ACCEPTED.
- Track - access to the Skating Floor has now been restricted to Officials & Club Coaches and Managers - NO SPECTATORS will be allowed onto the floor. Spectators will have access to stadium seating and the front viewing area only. Passes will be issued to Officials, Coaches and Managers that have been registered with Speed QLD and access will be given only upon showing your Pass at the door.
- Sponsored Skin Suites - Speed QLD require a formal letter from each sponsored Skaters sponsor before 1 September 2008 otherwise the Sponsored suite will not be able to be worn.
Once all nominations are in, a program shall be drawn up and released, there may well be some changes to race content based upon final
nominations.
